    First in a six-part series that will teach techniques used by professionals, including knife skills, sauces, sauteing, roasting, grilling and braising.

    11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. $50
    Every other Saturday. Chef Marco Pindo offers these classes for three. Must call to arrange a spot. Classes are geared to beginners, and include pastas, quick sauces and basics on fish, vegetables and other food.

    Enjoy a five course, five-star meal, prepared by Master Chef Chris Paul from Wild Orchids Fusion.  The night begins with an introduction to the three wines that you will taste throughout the evening, then you will be dazzled by the chef as he creates the most delectable dishes you will ever taste!
