    Turn your talent into a career and get paid to decorate cakes! Taught by a trained cake decorator, you will learn to decorate beautiful cakes for all occasions with ease and confidence by decorating cakes you bring baked from home. You will learn all stages of cake decorating such as using different decorating tools, coloring techniques, making beautiful cake designs, using icing and fondant, and tips and tricks of the trade. Additional course materials will need to be purchased for hands-on learning.

    If you’re a food enthusiast with a significant comfort level in sautéing, slicing, and dicing, this is the class for you. We will prepare full menus while learning several intermediate culinary techniques.
  • Sushi 101

    Learn the ancient art of sushi from beginning to end, including proper rice cooking and ingredient selection. You will also learn the techniques required to roll some of the standards such as Veggie, California, and Basic Nigiri.
  • Bread Baking

    This class will focus on using four key ingredients – flour, water, yeast, and salt – to bake fresh bread without a lot of fuss (MENU: English Muffins; Bagels; Sweet Potato Knot Rolls; Parker House Rolls; Maple Brown Buns).
  • Fondue for You

    Tired of paying those big bucks to go out to a restaurant to drop your food in a hot pot of liquid? In this class you will learn a few simple and easy methods in making fondue. We will touch on a variety (sweet and savory) of fondue so at home you can create a full menu with only a few hot pots going on your countertop for you and your company to enjoy.
  • Chocoholics Anonymous

    Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? This class is for all those people who can’t get enough chocolate. You will be in chocolate euphoria! Learn fun facts, how to temper chocolate properly, and the great benefits of eating chocolate (MENU: Chocolate and Orange Panna Cotta; Flourless Chocolate Sponge Cake  with Sweet Balsamic and Strawberry-Basil Salsa; Turkish Mocha; Mousse Au Chocolat with Toasted Pistachio Cream).
  • The Basics of Culinary
    10:00pm or 6:00pm. September 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18. $300
    This six-part series is for every home chef, regardless of experience level. We will prepare full menus while focusing on techniques used by professionals, including knife skills, sauces, sautéing, roasting, grilling, and braising. Every class will include time to savor each culinary feat mastered by the students. Students will also receive a certificate upon completion of the class.
  • Tapas & Sangria

    Learn how to make your own Spanish tapas and a fruity sangria to serve with them.Tapas Frias (Selection of Chorizos, Cheeses, Pate and Fruit); Pinchos Mixtos [Skewers of Grilled Beef, Chicken and Vegetables] with Saffron Aioli and Port Demi; Gambas Al Ajillo [Shrimp and Garlic Crostini]; Solomillo de Cerdo [Bacon wrapped Pork Tenderloin] with Cabrales Cheese Sauce; Vanilla Flan.

    Come in and enjoy a little Mexican fiesta where you’ll learn how to make delicious tamales with some other surprises as well.     Every other Saturday. Chef Marco Pindo offers these classes for three. Must call to arrange a spot. Classes are geared to beginners, and include pastas, quick sauces and basics on fish, vegetables and other food.
