    Run out of holiday ideas? Come to our holiday baking class where you can learn the skills for baking classic holiday desserts. 
    MENU: Pumpkin Cheesecake with Lemon Shortbread; Cinnamon Ginger Loaf; Eggnog Cream Punch; Panettone French Toast with Saffron Anglaise.
  • Fall Comfort Food Classics

    Along with the fall harvest we visit some dishes that bring out the best the season has to offer.
    MENU:  Cream of Tomato Soup with Cheese Soufflé Croutons, Swiss Chard and Ricotta Gnudi with Wild Mushroom Ragout, Maple Brined Pork Roast with Apple, Leek and Butternut Squash Gratin, Walnut Shortbreads with Fall Fruit and Crème Fraiche.
  • Soups of New England
    6:00pm. November 8. $40
    Regional cuisine is not limited to main courses or desserts. In the cold months of New England the best way to stay warm, besides a heater or fire, is to cuddle up with a warm bowl of soup and defrost inside out.
    MENU: Clam Chowder, Pea Soup, Crab Tomato Bisque, Pumpkin Bisque with Roasted Apple Relish, Cheddar Cheese Soup.
  • Two Day Meat Technique Class: Lamb & Veal
    10:00am or 6:00pm. November 10 & 17. $100
    Confused on how to cook that specific cut of meat? Sign up for the lamb and veal session and learn how to turn these great proteins into a tremendous meal.
    MENU: Day 1 (Lamb) – Lamb Satay, Shepherd’s Pie, Lamb Meatballs with Chopped Salad and Minted Yogurt, Coconut Crusted Lamb Cutlets. Day 2 (Veal) – Veal Kibbi, Veal Scaloppini with Parmesan Garlic Angel Hair Pasta, Porcini Rubbed Veal Chops with Herbed Mascarpone, Veal Medallions and Roasted Winter Squash Puree with Coffee Cognac Sauce.

    The tenderloin is the most tender, juicy and mouth watering cut of meat you can buy. Tonight, we’ll show you how to make the most of this culinary treasure.
    MENU: Asian Pork Tenderloin with Plum Noodle Salad, Adobo Pork Tenderloin Tacos with Peach Salsa, Parmesan and Herb Crusted Filet Mignon with Lobster Mac and Cheese, Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with Crème Fraiche Ice Cream.
  • Global Street Food
    10:00am. November 20. $40
    In many countries, the best place to sample the indigenous cuisine is from the colorful street vendors that cook up their food right before your eyes. This class will offer a sampling of some of the most popular “urban offerings.”
    MENU: Tacos al Pastor (Mexican Pork Tacos), Arepas (Venezuelan Cornmeal Cakes) with Chorizo and Queso, Belgian Frites (French Fries) with Sauce Adalouse, Bahn Mi (Vietnamese Pork Sandwich), Samosas (Indian stuffed Pastries) with Sweet and Spicy Sauce.
  • Shell Shocked
    6:30pm. November 26. $45
    These little guys have a lot to offer: taste, texture, and a whole lot of joy! So, if bi-valves and crustaceans float your boat, then grab a seat, relax and enjoy every bite.
    MENU: Shrimp Bisque, Oysters Rockefeller, Linguini con Vongole (Clams), Grilled Lobster Tail, Scallop Balsamico.
  • Wine & Dine: The Flavors of Spain
    6:30pm. November 27. $45
    From the streets of Barcelona to the plains of  La Mancha, Spain is a land of culinary wonders and vast wine producing regions. Join us as we explore these national treasures.
    MENU: Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp with Garlic, Olive Oil, and Sherry), Tortilla Espanola (Potato, Onion, and Pepper Omelet), Paella Valenciana (Rice, Chicken, and Seafood), Peras al Vino (Pears Poached in Wine).

  • Beginner Cooking Classes
    11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. $50

    Every other Saturday. Chef Marco Pindo offers these classes for three. Must call to arrange a spot. Classes are geared to beginners, and include pastas, quick sauces and basics on fish, vegetables and other food.
